Each room has air conditioning installed, which guests can regulate as needed.

Stummer Apartments provide their guests with a clean environment – interior (apartment rooms and common areas) and exterior. Every guest will find their room always ready in perfect condition upon arrival. Clean sheets, towels and bath sheets are included in the accommodation.

Several rooms in the Stummer apartment house are furnished with a double bed. In some rooms it is possible to add a cot.

The accommodation procedure is simple, we operate a contactless check-in option. We have installed a “key lockbox” for guests, i.e. small boxes that open with a numeric code. You will receive the relevant code in a message from the owner and after entering it on the dial pad, the “key lockbox” will open and guests will find the keys to their apartment in it. You will receive all information and the relevant code no later than 1 day before check-in by e-mail or SMS. The standard time when you can check in is from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (if the given time range does not suit you, it is possible to agree with the owners on a later arrival IN ADVANCE – please also indicate this in the notes on the form). Check-out is no later than 10:00 a.m.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire apartment complex, with a designated area on the terrace for smokers.

The Stummer Apartments have free private parking for 3-5 cars for guests.

For an additional fee, we offer the possibility to use a private SPA, located in the basement of the apartment complex. Guests can relax here after a busy day and enjoy the infrared sauna, pub bath and ice bath for a period agreed in advance with the owners.

Each room has its own satellite TV installed.

The Stummer apartment house is secured by a camera system and guests do not have to worry about strangers entering.

Shared bathroom facilities – shower, sink, mirror and hairdryer. Each guest has a bath towel and a towel, which is prepared in the room. Toilets are separate for ladies and gentlemen.

You can enjoy your stay in our apartment house on the terrace, where there is a garden seating area. The terrace is located on the sunny west side of the house.

Internet access is provided throughout the building, including via Wi-Fi (guests have the password available).
